We had an amazing week. We spent Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at the Mike Ferry Organization's 2026 Production Retreat in Orange County CA.
Apex Properties had 3 of our agents there learning from the Original Real Estate coach, Mr Mike Ferry, one of the leaders of this industry that's obsessed with helping agents provide the best possible customer service for our clients.
Mike is 80 years old and has spent the last 50 years focused solely on helping Real Estate Agents get better. I have huge respect for the fact that he has a lifelong mission and he's going to do it until he's simply physically unable to.
Coaching helps me sell homes faster, negotiate better, communicate at higher levels and improve the systems my staff and I use to deliver the absolute best customer experience!
I think ANY business owner should invest in their business, never stop learning, and ALWAYS be looking for the next thing they can add to their business to make it better for their clients.
