The Full June Report is in from HAR

HAR has published their full report for the June period.

June of 2022 saw a little over 1,000 fewer transactions than June 2021.

Average price was up 11% year over year to $436,425 citywide.

You can also see the months supply of inventory is up almost 30% from 1.4 to 2.0.

So obviously the average interest rate doubling in the last 6 months is the largest culprit for the slowdown in the market.

Luckily we still live in the greatest state in the Union and there will be people moving here for cost of living reasons for years and years to come.

I think Texas will see a lower pullback in pricing than the rest of the country, and we will bounce back faster.

Hopefully you locked into a fantastic interest rate back when we told you to refinance last year :)

If you have an upcoming Real Estate need and you want to make sure you make the best possible move, please reach out to me to have a conversation.
