The Market is Heating up! 

Since January 2nd, I have seen a dramatic uptick in market activity. I have listed multiple houses, seen a couple of them go under contract, and I have more coming soon.

It is as though the New Year caused a switch to flip to the "on" position.

So just to make sure, I just ran the month's supply report for all of zip code 77494 just to see where we stand with inventory levels.

A 4 month supply is considered a "stable" market favoring neither buyers nor sellers.

If you look at the table above, you can see we are currently sitting at a 1.1 month supply. As hard as it may be to believe based on the slowdown of the second half of 2022, it is still an amazing time to sell.

I anticipate things will heat up nicely here as Spring and Summer approach. If you'd like to sell and get as much for your house as possible, I can help you prepare it for the market. Call me!
