The Market is Showing Some Good Signs
We have listed quite a few homes so far this year and we are seeing good showing activity on our listings. Buyers are absolutely out looking at homes and entering into contracts.
One of our buyers just got a 4.5% interest rate at a new construction builder so if you have a plan to buy a house, the new construction route may be the way to get a better rate through a builder buy down.
Overall I have some very positive expectations for the Spring and Summer market here in Houston. A very large segment of the population will always need to move every year and we are heading into that time.
