After working in our Keller Williams office building for the last 4 years, our team has outgrown our office and I am so excited to announce that we're building a new office space for the team!
We're still staying with Keller Williams, we just decided it was time to own the Real Estate we work in.
We're going to go from a 220 Square Foot Office to a 1,225 Square Foot Building and I...cannot..wait.
Right now we have zero windows, and in March we will be looking out those big beautiful 5'x5' windows in the photo above.
At this new building we will have desk space for 10 agents total. We have 6 team members today, so you can do the math...we need some more great people.
If you know anyone that enjoys talking to new people daily, is willing to embrace some rejection, and has an ability to sell, we are looking to hire 3-4 great people.
Please have them reach out to us anytime. They don't need to have a Real Estate license right now, but they would need to obtain it before March when we move into the new space.
In an industry that (sadly) has a 85% failure rate, we have a process that WORKS to get results as an agent and we are happy to train people if they are willing to show up daily and work alongside us!
Our space will be finished in late March and we can't wait to invite you to the open house event in May!
