5 years ago I came to KW Signature and met my (now) business partner Kris and we realized we had the same goal: become a productive Real Estate Agent that treats this business like a real job and help as many families buy or sell a home as possible.
5 years later we have:
Built a team of 7 like minded people.
Had more than 30,000
Real Estate Conversations with buyers and sellers.
Sold more than 300 properties.
Formed a company: Apex Properties Houston, LLC
and now after planning for months, we've bought an office building together!
We got an end unit with greenbelt views for days!
Starting this coming Monday our team will be based out of this beautiful new workspace in the heart of Katy.
We're going from a group of 6 in a cramped 250 SF office with no windows to a 1,225 SF building with some of the most beautiful windows you've ever seen :)
Maybe I just really miss windows.
We will be there in that office making calls looking for buyers for our sellers and new homes for our buyers.
