Great New Updates:

Hey everyone! Happy Wednesday to you!

I am really excited to share some great news!

You may have noticed a new addition to the logo up on the email header.

I have formed a top producing Real Estate Group with 2 other Real Estate agents in my office and together we have hired a full time executive assistant/showing agent to help us take the business to the next level.

And it goes like this....

The three of us have been working together and sharing an an office space as solo agents for the last 18 months. It's been a great working relationship.

Last year the three of us helped more than 90 families buy or sell a home.

So why not stay solo? Why create a group?

In working together, we've discovered we all have the same high standards, we follow the same sales process, and we work together to hold each other accountable to our daily schedules for the benefit of our clients.

So we've already been working with each other for quite some time, and we just decided it was time to make it official.

With the addition of our new executive assistant Melody, we are also planning on implementing some new processes to make our client experience even better!

So we'll have a headshot appointment on the calendar in the next couple weeks, and I look forward to introducing you to Kris, Benny, and Melody very soon.

This new Real Estate Group has a production goal to help 110 families buy or sell a home or investment property in 2021, so if you have real estate questions or goals that we can assist with, please reach out anytime.

Happy New Year: 

Here is the first market snapshot from December! The full report will be out next week, but this data is fascinating.

The average list price citywide is up over 11% year over year to $359,012. Low interest rates and limited inventory just drove the market values up dramatically.

We also took far more listings in December than 1 year ago, but despite that, because of the massive sell through in the market place, total listing inventory was still down by more than 1/3...incredible.
