I got to meet my hero this week!
My business partner Kris, one of our agents Lina, Mike Ferry, and me!I spent Monday to Wednesday this week at the Mike Ferry Organization's Productivity School held at the Red Rock Resort outside Las Vegas.
We reviewed selling scenarios and discussed how to better serve clients.
I love going to events like this because I come back even more excited about the business. Bonus...I got to chat with my mentor Mike Ferry!
Typically when I attend an event held by his company there are 3,000+ people in the room and the line to meet and greet him at each break is 50-80 people long. I have no patience for that.
This event only had about 200 people and he popped by to say hi and our team took advantage. This guy has helped more Real Estate agents build massively productive businesses than just about anyone on Earth.
He has also spawned an entire industry that basically copies and waters down his processes.
Being a Mike Ferry trained agent is being committed to the daily efforts it takes to be THE most productive person we're capable of becoming.
Our clients deserve the best and this is the coaching I receive to perform at the highest level.
