When to Sell?
On the daily....people are asking me,
"When is the best time to sell a house?"
It's a bit of a loaded question because everyone has a different life and different circumstances facing them.
While there are more "popular" times to sell a house than others, the bottom line is you need to live your life and do what is best for you.
Historically we do see fewer houses sell in the Fall than the Spring, but the fact remains...somewhere between 9,000-11,000 homes sell every single month in the greater Houston area...for many reasons.
People are relocating for work, babies are being born to young families, starter homes are being sold and traded up to larger homes as a family grows, empty nesters are downsizing, people are moving to assisted living facilities, families are selling a home that's been in a family for 50 years after the passing of a parent.
So if you have a need to move, rest assured,
there will always be some demand for your house.
The best questions to ask yourself are:
"Who should I choose to represent me?"
"Who has the standards, systems, and experience to help me get the highest possible market value for my home?"
